Q: do you have to take these off each time you wash the car ? If so how difficult are they to remove and place back on Thank-you

Q: I just purchased a pair of these. Right after I took them out of the package I thought I would test them by blowing into them. When I did only one made a whistle the other appeared to nothing. I have not mounted them on the car as of yet but was wondering
