Q: What size would fit a 3.5 year old almost 4 year old girls head? Is extra small too small ?

A: Measure the childs head. For that age probably about 51 cm. Meaure above eyebrows. Probably a x small or youth. Check on line for info. Also if store shopping they lkely have tapes to measure hockey helmets.

A: It depends on the size of the 3 year old, but generally we recommend the Bauer Lil Sport for younger children if you are looking for a Bauer helmet.

Q: I bought the Bauer Lil Sports Hockey helmet for my granddaughter 2 years ago. The size inside says 48.5 - 54cm. She's now ready for a bigger one. How do I find out the size of the Bauer 2100 Hockey helmet #082-3467-4, to know whether to order the Medium?

Q: If the helmet is adjustable 50-55cm fit than what is the purpose of the different sizes? Seems it’s one size adjustable. Can someone please explain?

A: The Bauer 2100 is adjustable through a size range, and by size the range varies. For example an X-Small has a range of approximately 50.5 – 55 cm, but the Larges range is approximately 56 - 61 cm. It allows for a variety of fits.
