Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this toy for free in exchange for an honest review.
Unfortunately, the toy was selected for us. We do not own any Bakugan toys, so my kids had fun setting it up and then were done. They did end up using it as a dance floor for other toys and then we passed it on to a friend who's kids got tons of bakugan for the holidays.
That said, if you DO own Bakugan, this set would be fantastic. It creates a nice flat surface for the action to take place. No awkward half-popped battling on the carpet. There are places for unused bakugan to sit, places for the cores to stay, as well as slots for character/skill cards.
Everything is organized and arena is incredibly easy to set up and take apart.
I would never purchase this for my family, but I'd certainly recommend it to anyone who collects this toy and wants to actively battle them.

Great Interactive Play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have a few of these games from the adventure anime series Bakugan. They were so excited to play with the Geogan Rising battle matrix especially since it includes an exclusive character "Sharktar". The new battle surface makes it easier to roll down the ramp and the walls make doing tricks more efficiently. Definitely kept them busy with hours of gameplay. The game came with all pieces listed on the box and a easy to follow rules sheet. If your kids are into the anime shows this is a great choice for gift giving. Highly recommended.
