Q: What is the the height and weight limit of the user?
9 years agoA: For the Avari Free motion rower, it says the weight limit for the product should not exceed 250 lbs. It does not give a height restriction.

9 years agoA: It does have an adjustable shock for resistance and a smooth rowing stroke. Please see attached 2 images to help show this part of the machine.
