Q: Is it safe to use these under a car seat?

A: Hi Beth, it is very safe to use them on the car seat, there is elastic band around the waist and two elastics to fix it under the car seat to secure it in place. It is also water resistant and can protect your seat from stains, sweat, dirt and dogs.
