Q: How often do I need to replace this pad in my humidifier?

A: For the essential oil pads there is not a “standard” for how often to change them, it is really a customer’s preference. If you notice any discoloration in the pad, or if you are changing the scent you are using, or if the pad is no longer holding the scent then that’s when you should change the pad. We recommend only adding a few drops of oil at a time and waiting a few minutes to see how it disperses, instead of saturating the pad initially. You can add more oil if needed.
