Fuel line review

Needed a new fuel line and this looked like the best choice. The locking clips are a little tight and hard to connect to fuel tank but after a few connect and disconnects they work great.

I bought this specifically for a yamaha 8hp engine. The connectors fit fine albeit with some persuasion, however, I could not get it to pump from the tank to the engine. The bulb never got firm. Tried a friends tank with no diff. Returned it without issue. Also did not like the lack of flexibility in the hose.

Q: does #79-9046-2 fuel line work on a attwood tank #79-9001-8

A: You will need to have the connecting fitting (79-9042) that screws into the Attwood fuel tank(79-9001). Once this brass fitting (79-9042) is connected by screwing it in to the tank then the fuel line will connect to that fitting and the other end of the fuel line (79-9046) will connect to your engine
