I have bought these numerous times over the past five years and all but one are still working.
To the reviews who said they didn't work... did you flip the switch on the bottom to ON?

Works but missing an obvious option setting

Light is always on dim when dark, no option to have off and come on with motion, just dim then bright with motion

Works well so far, I have used it for a couple of weeks and the light has been very dependable.

This solar powered unit acts as a night light at dusk and has a motion sensor that increases the brightness of the bulb when someone triggers the motion sensor. I have it placed indoors on a window sill with the light facing towards the stair and landing and the solar panel side of the unit facing the window. It provides plenty of light to find your way even though it only gets 3 or 4 hours of direct sunlight.

Q: I bought 3 lights, put them outside, turned on the on switch. but they never works at all. been 2 weeks outside and nothing. I even moved them around to get better sunlight but still not working. any ideas?
