High expectations not met

I was told from family member and some ads that this copper pan was excellent at cooking. I've used this for months to find the pan has a major flaw, which causes burning and sticking in the center of it.
The pan has a convex center, all your oil, butter anything liquid will run to the sides within 1 minute leaving center dry and burning your food. Only solution was to add a half a cup of extra oil just to cook it without sticking and burning. But now its become a deep fryer, NOT what its meant for. Disappointed in this easy to see flaw.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Love love this pan, It does exactly what it says. From the stove to the oven ! I wish it came with a lid. Iam going to buy a bigger size as well
