A: No – Not recommended the battery pack be charged on a computer or TV. Charge using a USB adaptor to an A/C wall outlet.

A: To charge the battery, you need to use the USB-C cord. Connect on end of the USB-C battery charging cable into the battery pack and the other one into the wall charger (not included). Next, connect the wall charger to the outlet. the charging indicator will light up red. Once fully charged, the light will turn green. Charging time up to 3 hours.
