Gorgeous fixture

This light is stunning once installed, but required some additional thought to install. We replaced our old fixture with this one and had to cut a new hole in the siding as well as make a mounting board for this light to mount to.

Q: Is there any warranty for the lighting components?

A: Thanks for your great question, Jack. I hadn't installed my light yet, so I opened the package to find the warranty myself, and register the product before I lost the receipt from my purchase several weeks ago. There is no mention of a warranty on the outside of the box, and no separate warranty card inside the excellent packaging. However, there is a 3-yr limited warranty on the back of the 12-page EN/FR/SP manual, with a reference to the website. There, I found a 5-yr limited warranty at https://artika.ca/products/essence-glow-box-1?variant=46321485971668 Since this product is sold in multiple countries, and it has to compete, Artika for Living Inc (based in Lachine, Québec) has probably had to increase the warranty, which you see on their website, but not hardcoded on their package.

A: I wanted to clarify that the outdoor light in question does not require bulbs; rather, it features integrated LED lighting. The estimated lifespan for this integrated LED is approximately 50,000 hours.
