This is my second purchase, the first 3 years ago. They are sturdy, easy to clean and free up storage space in your fridge. I store 2 different drink products, so I always have a cold fresh source without a multiplicity of bottles taking up room

It's a good product! I like the narrow profile and it fits better on the countertop. It lost a point because the plastic is thin and could be punctured easily if not handled carefully.

Q: Is this dishwasher safe?

A: I don’t know forsure, but by it’s design it would be tough for a dishwasher to get water far enough into the corners to clean properly by the hole on top. We use a long handled water bottle brush to clean inside. Hope that helps :)

Q: Should I leave the cap off, when the container is filled with water in the fridge, for air?

A: The flow of water will eventually stop if the cap is tightly closed. What I do is loosen it just enough to allow the air to get in and let the water to continue to flow.

Q: Can this be filled and then frozen? Looking to keep stuff cold in a cooler but it holding drinking water is also helpful as it melts

A: Not sure. I would assume if you leave space for it to freeze and expand a little it would be ok. Be careful to protect the spout so as not to damage it.

Q: Can the nozzle be rotated another 90 degrees such that it can be laid on its side and still useable?

A: Yes - the nozzle can be rotated and then tightened. However, less liquid will be dispensed from the bottle. This is because as the water level drops, the amount below the spigot will not pour out without tilting the bottle up…
