Painted old deck.

The description on can says it can take up to 48 hours to dry between coats, but takes a considerable amount more time than that if the weather is humid. But aside from that, seems like it will be very durable and protective to my old wood deck. But after 3 weeks after painting the deck, I'm happy with the looks and feel.

Frustrating experience

I purchased a can of this product to paint the floor of my workshop based on reviews and the specs on the can.
They claim 600 square feet of coverage. ABSOLUTELY NOT. My concrete floor was sealed and I got about 300 square feet of coverage. SO..... I go back for another can to finish the job. Reviews claimed 1 coat coverage. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Very patchy after initial coat. SO....I go back for a third can. Sold out. More stock will be arriving in 7-10 days. I think it will work well once its all done with multiple coats and multiple cans but what a frustrating experience.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can this be put over stain or paint? I do not know what is on there now, I did give it a sand.

A: A good sanding and cleaning would be necessary to remove all previous product. Depending on the project a primer is suggested before applying a new coat of paint.
