Q: Does it need to be wiped off the rims when you apply it?

A: I always do. Leaving it for a few minutes to work on the tires, then wiping it off the rims also cleans them in the process.

Q: I cleaned my winter tires with ArmorAll Heavy Duty Tire & Rim Cleaner, rinsed with water. After the tires are dried, I sprayed the tires with ArmorAll Tire Foam. But, after two days and it is still not dried. Why it took so long to dry?
