Worked great for above ground pool

I tried this for my 21' above ground saltwater pool in place of the usual kit that costs twice as much from the pool supplier. I always have them test my water before fully opening and was very pleasantly surprised to find this basically did the trick. They recommended an extra pack of clarifier which is cheap, and calcium because my water apparently wasn't hard enough and 1.5 bags of salt which was expected.

Easy Set Up…wish we had slowed down a tad

Super easy to set up! In fact, too easy! We wish we had slowed down our excitement and climbed inside to straighten liner etc as the Seagull cleaner doesn’t really like the ripples. I also thought we could use as a salt water pool but not the case. Bromine it is. Other than that it is the perfect solution for fun with the kids….of all ages 😉

A: Aquarius Salt Protect, wait 4 hours then add Aquarius Salt Shock, wait 4 hours then add Aquarius Salt Stabilizer. Add Aquarius Quick Clear to the skimmer basket. Wait 48 hours.

Q: Can I omit the salt stabilizer (step 3) if my stabilizer levels are already ok?

A: I would add if levels are below 50ppm. Levels are good between 50 - 70 ppm. If lower than 50 or higher than 70 add stabilizer

A: A 12’ x 36” above ground pool contains 9,600 L of water. Our Salt Water Opening kit is guaranteed to be effective up to 90,000 L of water (which is plenty). It is compatible with any kind of filters.
