I used this very simple 2-product kit for my above ground pool for the first time this year. Note it doesn't contain the plumbing antifreeze that you need to buy separately. Reasonable price for the kit. Recommend it.

Q: After using this kit in my 10,000L above ground pool, there is a powder at the bottom of pool that won’t go away. Does this kit require vacuuming the pool in order to remove the powder? It’s a small above ground pool so I hadn’t planned to buy a vacuum.

A: I’ve used the pool closing kit many times and I’ve never had a powder left behind…. Maybe check that the kit is appropriate for smaller pools? My pool is above ground 4’ deep, 18’ round

Q: I have an inground pool with about 100,000 liter. Will this kit be enough or I need to buy 2 kits? If I use too much of this chemicals (twice the required for instance), does it harm the liner or water quality?

A: Hi, the kit is made to treat 80 000L. You can use a second kit to cover 100 000L. We would recommend using 1/4 of each bottle. The rest could be used at the opening or in season. The best advice we can give you would be to close your pool at the latest and open it as soon as the ice has melted. Thank you
