Q: So are you continually adding water to your pond/pool as you clean it?

A: Yes you are adding water to the pool while in use till pool is cleaned.The water pressure from your garden hose creates a vacuum effect in the uptper ube where the bag attaches.

Q: It reportedly picks up "very fine debris", - does that include the milky suspension from a pool clarifying agent?

A: And answering further - three layers of thin nylon pantyhose, did not catch the milky reside. Lesson learned. Do not expect it to vacuum after the granular pool clarifying treatment.

Q: Is this safe to use with an inflatable pool? Or is it only meant for hard bottom/cement pools?

Q: I just purchased this and it isn't picking anything up. The water is on a full pressure. Does this have to stay flat on the surface. The hose we have is quite heavy and it pulls the vacuum up off the bottom of the pool.

Q: How does this work? Is there a special kind of garden hose required? We bought one, but all it did was push the debris around the bottom, did not collect anything in the mesh bag.

A: This product works with the venturi effect of the flow the water from your garden hose creates. Did you fully open the water flow of your garden hose when you tried it? Maybe the water flow wasn't strong enough to create the venturi vacuum effect. Hope you can try again and see how great it can work!

A: This product is better suited for a small pool or spa that do not have a regular pool pump & filter. For your large pool, a vacuum head with vacuum hose installed on your pool filtration system is the ideal solution.
