A: They fit well and work great , I have hearing issues and bought these to help when using my cell phone and during zoom meetings, far more convenient than wired ear buds.

A: Try disconnecting air buds from phone settings , put back in case and try reconnecting. Tap top of air buds and see if this helps. If not email manufacture or return for another pair at CTC. These are usually pretty good airbuds for the price.

Q: will the music still work if i only have 1 of the earbuds in my ear and the other one in the white case

A: Yes, if you take only one out of the case and put it in… it will work. If you take both out of the case and sync them, then take one out of your ear, it will pause the music
