Huge regret in purchasing

I bought this set and boy do I regret it. It claist e microwave safe, mine quite literally burst in the microwave after 1:25 in the microwave. Broken glass everywhere all through my food. I will NEVER purchase anchor products again.

Plastic on the lids is cheap and poorly made

I have several other Anchor Hocking products which I love. I bought these because they were a stacking set of different sizes. The glass bottoms are fine. But the plastic composition of this series of lids is poor and feels like it will easily crack or break, especially if they are placed in the freezer. But they were cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Q: replace a lid the lid of this container is so easy to be damaged by microwave. I am wondering if I can buy the lid only somewhere.

A: I would try to find the Pyrex lids (they are compatible and of better quality). They sell replacement lids BECAUSE they are so poor. My Anchor Hocking replacements only lasted a month before they went again. My Pyrex lids lasted over 20 years.

Q: Why are these so hot to touch when they come out of the microwave ?

A: They are hot because the contents get hot and heat up the glass. These containers are approved for microwave, dishwasher and oven.

A: Thanks for your interest in Anchor Hocking products. We do not recommend using any of our products in an air fryer. The Storage set you are referring to are microwave and oven safe but are not recommended for use in an air fryer.

A: Anchor Hocking bakeware is currently made of tempered soda-lime-silicate glass, but is not recommended for pressure cooker use.
