Poor quality and poor customer service

Bought these because I thought they'd be durable and last a long time....unfortunately the plastic lids are cheaply made and tore under normal use. I called and emailed Anchor Hocking and never even got a response back...very disappointed that they wouldn't stand behind their product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Y a-t-il des couverts de remplacements J'ai acheté plusieurs plats "ANCHOR" et ils me sont très utile, malheureusement les couverts cassent facilement. Celui de deux tasses est cassé, c'est pourquoi j'aimerais savoir si le couvert se vend à l'unité?
