Product quality is our highest priority and we have never had any of our products recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or Health Canada. Our products are made from tempered glass for durability and for the over 40 years that Anchor Bakeware has been in the home we have a failure rate of less than two-thousandths of one percent (0.002%). The only way to determine the cause of a bakeware incident is by analyzing the pieces and confirming the fracture origin. Any reported breakage should be directed through the Anchor Hocking Consumer Affairs Department where claim resolution will be determined. Consumers can contact Anchor Hocking at 1-800-562-7511 or email consumer@anchorhocking.com with any concerns.
