Leaking and no pressure to water plants

I really thought I was going to get a great barrel based on some of the reviews Unfortunately, when I filled it with water, the first thing I noticed is, there’s almost no pressure coming out of the spigots I had it filled to the top and then it rained when I went to use it the next day it was completely empty I have taken off the bottom spigot and put more Teflon on it and have filled it with water again testing to see what’s going on, but still there’s no pressure when you do try and take water out Also, although we found a lot of rain seems to get into the barrel Quite disappointing at the moment, we’re using it as a planter

Q: I bought the Amphora Style Rain Barrel, 190-L. It said it has dual spigot locations but it only came with one spigot. Is this how this product is sold? I’m expected to buy a second spigot or did is the piece missing. And if so, how can I get it?

A: I purchased 2 and both came with 2 spigots so you should have received 2.
