Stopped working after 6 months

We purchased this faucet and installed it in November 2024. In May 2025 the flow had a drop in water pressure. We cleaned the aerator and flushed the supply lines and found black plastic debris in the output. This briefly fixed the problem, but shortly after the water flow almost completely stopped from the faucet. We repeated cleaning process but problem was not fixed. We have since had to replace the faucet with another brand. I have attempted to submit a warranty claim, but after a brief email exchange, I've had no further response. It's disappointing since the look of this faucet is really nice.

Great faucet for 18 months

Nice looking, easy install. Have owned it for around 18 months and the sprayer head has failed twice, one time it was clogged with particulate and wouldn’t keep the spray/stream setting and now whenever it’s on the spray setting it makes a VERY LOUD buzzing noise It would be nice if it could continue working for even 3 years, all replacement parts are out of stock

Good quality kitchen faucet

Very solid, good quality faucet. We are limited in what height of faucet we can fit in our kitchen, so we were glad to find this one that's tall-ish but not as tal as most of the faucets available now.
