Cheap version of a quality boot.

What I expected. A low cost version of a quality built boot. I wore out my second hand combat boots, which can be resoled, but would likely cost as much as these new boots.
I do not expect these new boots to last as long as my second hand combat boots did, but hopefully I get a few years out of them. The boots I truly want are more than double the cost of these. I treated with a well made boot grease before use. Took more than 12 hours to soak in with heat by my wood stove. This means they are well sealed new.
Improvement would be toe and heal protection, toes for kicking, heals for removal.

These are possibly the least comfortable shoes ever made by any human on earth. Save yourself from these wretched torture devices, buy literally any other shoe.

A: No they are not water proof. My husband gives them a good spray with wD40, lets them dry and does it again. He says it works the best.

A: Weight is around 2.2 lbs. Height is 25 cm and insoles cannot be removed
