Q: Are these a spot or flood beam pattern? Do they come with a wiring harness?

Q: A review mentions the packaging powering the lights with 19.2 volts, which might be deceiving by making the lights seem brighter than during real usage. Does voltage affect the brightness of LEDs?
5 years agoA: The power supply powering the packaging is disconnected for normal use when the product is hooked up to the motorcycle’s 12V system. Therefore the packaging power source is of no consequence for normal real usage.
