Doesn't work!

I bought, brought home. Instructions and assembly super easy and well laid out. Plugged it in, excited to try it out and..............does not work!!!! Did all the troubleshooting, looks like I wasted my time. Of course everyone is closed tomorrow. Will try the number included in the box but I am so turned off from this brand I think I will just return it. Not a simple task to return and certainly NOT an acceptable problem straight out of the box. I don't think I can trust this brand. I would rate a zero if I had the option.

Just bought this afg 5.7 elliptical Works well and easy to assemble Takes 1 man and exactly 1 hour and ur done very easy instructions makes it a very smooth and simple setup Was worth the money

missing cables when installing the machine

I spent 2.5 hours putting the elliptical trainer then to find out there was a missing cables to hook up the module. Spent the day emailing the company so they can order the new part for me. It's going to take 5 days the a technician will come to install it. What a hassle, don't get this machine...

Q: What is the maximum "step-up" or "step-on" height (the height from the floor to the highest position of the pedal)? Our room has low ceiling, so we need to know how high on pedals we are going to be during exercises. Thank you
