The Accu-Temp Meat Thermometer with Probe easily monitors cooking temperatures in the oven or on the BBQ, helping prevent overcooking or undercooking. It includes 20 pre-set meat settings and a manual setting option. The heat-safe, stainless steel probe can remain in the oven. Its large, backlit display shows current and targeted temperatures in °C or °F for hassle-free operation. The integrated timer can be used independently or with the thermometer function. It alerts you when your meat reaches the programmed temperature and stores neatly with an integrated cord wrap behind the unit. It requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included).

2 years agoA: The temp range goes from 0 to 250 celsius or, about 0 to 500+ degrees F. The item is highly durable and quite accurate.

2 years agoA: The range varies according to the type of meat you are cooking and how well you want it done. I select my meat type such as turkey, it will set for well done 180 degrees. I use it on the bbq and in my oven.
