Very poor item

The Marlborough Mall or Pacific Pl., Canadian tire. Need to really start checking their products to see if it comes with all proper assembly. Haven’t been able to return this item as it was missing parts, and it’s been way too long.

A: Yes, these are pre-oiled.... According to the markings on the poly bag inside the packaging... And also, mentioned on the mfg's website.
