Nice and grippy. Good for indoor stairs too

I installed this on my father in laws wooden stairs down to his basement. I was worried it would be too grippy and cling to socks because the surface is pretty rough, but after installation I was very pleased with the result. We cut the 4" strips lengthwise into 2" wide strips for installation.

Useful but doesn't hold up well to snow shovelling. I have a pebbled fibre glass walk to deal with so this may not be the problem.

Good, if you staple it down.

It's okay. It stuck down fine at first but started to bubble up during the next big rain. A couple of pieces came off completely. In places that it bent, the rough material rubbed off. We ended up stapling it down and now it works fine. I would recommend stapling it down as soon as you stick it down.
