Go brass , not plastic

Went through 3 different plastic (cheap) sets before I finally bought the brass. Should’ve got the brass from the start, lasted 3years now. Have got adapters for all my hose needs.

Worth the money

Moved to this brass quick connect product to see if these worked and lasted longer then the plastic versions. They did. I would recommend this product and have completely replace and my connectors at my home. Very strong connection with no leaking.

Q: Will it work with Gardena fittings?

A: It did with mine, much better than the plastic connectors. The plastic ones keep breaking from wear or dropping them.

Q: can it be attached to kitchen faucet then connect to garden hose ?

A: As long as the thread of the faucet is standard US type—3/4” NTD, it should be ok to connect. It is important to make sure the outer diameter of the faucet is 5/8” and the hose is 5/8” as well. NTD is the North American Thread Dimension, you can also call NH ¾” (NH—the N.A. style of the thread of Hose) . Please check attached tread spec. To use the shut off, please make sure the female thread on the water hose of the washing machine complies with the spec in the file---The NH 3/4” is very common thread spec of hose in N.A.
