Love ALL my WORX tools!

From my first grass trimmer purchased in 2014 to my most recent purchase, my WORX 40v, 21" Brushless Lawn Mower, all my WORX tools have performed flawlessly. I still have my WORX 56v 19" mower purchased in March 2016 with the ORIGINAL batteries. I just passed it along to my son to use and purchased this mower. Used it once before winter set in. Did a GREAT job cutting the lawn and mulching leaves and it's SO QUIET! Battery usage was minimal to do about a half an acre. I am confident I will be VERY happy with this mower also! Keep up the great work!

This mower is well built with good design. The batteries have good power and run time. It is easy to push and can even cut through seem high brushes.

Telescopic Handlebar?

The top bar is to wide and, also to far from the actual mower. Maybe make it telescopic as to make it more adjustable for little people? Other than this, I’d say the mower is great. Great battery life! Had no trouble cutting my grass even though it was wet and kind of long. Had very good power and never skipped a beat!

Q: Please let me know where or how to purchase a new orange start-up key. Just purchased a new 40v electric, self propelled but the plastic key used to start it cracked a piece off so there's is no way to start it now. I've only used it 4xs on a small yard.

A: Did you find one? Mine broke as well and the Customer Service told me they do not have any in stock! So how does one mow without a key and why in the world would you not keep those in stock????

A: Hello There! Thank you for your inquiry. The WG752 40V 21" Brushless Lawn Mower comes with two 20V Power Share batteries, not two 40V batteries. WORX uses its Power Share system, where two 20V batteries work together to deliver 40V of combined power. This means you can also use those same batteries in other WORX 20V tools. Q: Unboxed it and followed all the instructions. Charged batteries and put them in. The mower shows a full charge. Go to start it starts for a sec and turns off. Blade turns freely without problems. What do I do?

Q: Which mower can i buy in the U.S.A. that has the stripeing rollers on the bottom like THE ONES YOU SELL IN EUROPE

Tools can vary from country to country, some tools and parts are that are in the Europe may not be available in the US and vise versa. Q: My new lawnmower is not starting. The battery indicator on the lawnmower shows only one blinking bar, even though the batteries are fully charged (according to the battery indicators on the batteries).
