Perfect for me

As I’m currently waiting for shoulder surgery I am unable use the pull cord on our gas trimmer. I got this trimmer so I can still help my husband with yard work. This machine is perfect for me and really easy to use. Being only 5’ 1” I find this trimmer very handy to use.

Owned since 2020 (5 years). Very dissapointed that during normal use, the handle broke right above the trigger today!!!

Powerful, easy to use, and great design

I've had this for several years now and I love the power (and that it's variable), I love the design and features, especially for edging the driveway. The one thing I don't like is the nylon used in the spool; it's tends to break inside the housing while I'm edging. Not sure if it's a quality control issue (wound too tight) but it's extremely annoying to have to stop, get the pliers, find the end, and feed it though again. But, I think this is a problem that most edgers/trimmers have.

Hi, the compression spring has gone missing and the line feeder doesn't work now. I've looked everywhere for a replacement and can't find one. Can you all sell me a new WG184 40V Compression Spring?

Purchased in 2020 - worked great until yesterday when it just quit with 4 bars of charge left. Now there is no response to the trigger pull. Is there a fuse somewhere that can be replaced?

Q: I like the WG184, but want the 4.0Ah Batteries. There is no option to upgrade for the $60 difference in price between the batteries. Purchasing 2 additional batteries as accessories costs $150. Buying individual parts = $300. Why no upgrade option?

A: This is the very reason I still havent bought more worx tools. 40V kits dont offer the 4.0Ah while the 20V do. Doesnt make sense why 4.0Ah kit isnt offered!

A: Hello There! Thank you for your question. The WG184 is only designed to work with the cutting head it was built with becasue the line feeding system is used by a button at the top of the handle near the on off switch!. Thank you for choosing Worx!

Q: I need a line feeder button, the one on the diagram as no. 16, a new wheel and a new guard shield for WG184. Ca you replace all those?
