I really wanted to like this weeder. Eject mechanism is a clever idea. Unfortunately, mine broke after 7 days.
Pulling dandelions out of moist soil the plastic head housing cracked.
For the price and brand, I expected this to last years, not a week.
Would not buy again.

This thing is an absolute miracle. I am disabled from a spine injury in my early 30's. This thing gave me control of my garden and lawn back.
I love this thing. My mailman saw me using it one day and also remarked about how much he loves his.

Q: I thought these were Lifetime Warranty. You could take in your broken one and get it replaced free of charge. Is this not the case?

- A: I personally just did this, for the second time. My first one developed a crack in the plastic about 3 years ago so I exchanged it at the store. Just a couple weeks ago, the replacement started to click when levering back and the jaws didn't close properly to grab the weeds, so I just exchanged it at the store again. Unfortunately the replacement immediately started doing the same thing and I figured out it's due to a design flaw in how it makes the jaws close together. Rather than replace it again, I'm just going to look for an alternate product.a year agoHelpful?
