Poor equipment and warranty

Claws broke with first use. Completed warranty form and sent with photo. Absolutely no response. Don’t bother.

Handle broke on first use out of box. Superglued it back on. Tried to submit a warranty claim and the site was broken and wouldn't let me upload pictures or submit the claim.

Broken foot pedal

I bought this product just over 1 month ago and it was rather flimsy and already the foot pedal which was made of plastic has split, at the base of the shaft. I liked the product while it was working.

Q: I thought these were Lifetime Warranty. You could take in your broken one and get it replaced free of charge. Is this not the case?

A: I personally just did this, for the second time. My first one developed a crack in the plastic about 3 years ago so I exchanged it at the store. Just a couple weeks ago, the replacement started to click when levering back and the jaws didn't close properly to grab the weeds, so I just exchanged it at the store again. Unfortunately the replacement immediately started doing the same thing and I figured out it's due to a design flaw in how it makes the jaws close together. Rather than replace it again, I'm just going to look for an alternate product.
