Saves my back

Easy to use and don't have to dig, or bend over so much. Amazed that it pulls out entire long Dandelion & Queen Ann's Lace roots most of the time. Not sure how many seasons it will last but it's great for now.

Q: I thought these were Lifetime Warranty. You could take in your broken one and get it replaced free of charge. Is this not the case?

  • A: I personally just did this, for the second time. My first one developed a crack in the plastic about 3 years ago so I exchanged it at the store. Just a couple weeks ago, the replacement started to click when levering back and the jaws didn't close properly to grab the weeds, so I just exchanged it at the store again. Unfortunately the replacement immediately started doing the same thing and I figured out it's due to a design flaw in how it makes the jaws close together. Rather than replace it again, I'm just going to look for an alternate product.

Q: In the specifications it says this has a D-handle (as my old one has) but the photos seem to show a rounded knob; which is correct? Also is the length of the handle adjustable, again as my current one is?
