Comes with pre-determined code word, but pretty simple word and easy to remember. Would have given a 5 out of 5 but the lock coils a lot and is a bit stubborn when trying to stretch it out.

Looks to be well made, price was good. It is light duty so I wouldn’t use it to lock up anything really valuable as the cable is quite thin. We used it to secure a gate on our property to ensure it stays closed. Time will tell on how it lasts in outdoor environment but so far it looks good and gives us piece of mind gate can’t just be opened by anyone. I liked that it was a word lock so I could pick through the display to find a word associated with what we do so it’s easy to remember.
