    I bought four locks but found that I could not get them to function properly, as I bought them to use in Jamaica I am very disapointed

    Doesn’t work well. Either app fail to detect device or lock work in reverse order.

    Was great until the face shattered

    Shattered so bad over time couldn't even use it, don't recall even hitting it so bad that it would shatter ??? Called Weiser, they said there was nothing they could do. Will never buy Weiser again

    Q: What happens to this deadbolt when the batteries die

    • A: You can still unlock the deadbolt with the physical key or interior turn-piece, if the the batteries no longer have power. When replacing the batteries, the lock will still function as before with the codes and Premis app. No reprogramming is necessary.
