Great Grill

Have been enjoying our new grill now for a few months. Heats well and cooks evenly. Easy to maintain and keep clean. Protected by our Weber grill cover. Have the optional griddle insert, it's a homerun for smash burgers and anything else that does better on a griddle platform. Had an issue with a part, created by retail provider...Weber stepped in and se t replacement parts to ensure we are getting the best experience form our Weber grill....awesome product

the grill works great but it has rusted out in just a short period of time. i wrote to Weber about this and sent pictures however they could care less. I won't buy Weber again

Works great but the warranty is misleading

Over 3 years I have replaced the warming rack, cook grates, and flavorizors 3 times. None of those parts are covered beyond 2 years and are approximately 1/2 the price of a new grill.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not Weber's Best Product. Would not buy again. Casters are terrible. Tank swap out is lousy.

A: The Weber I purchased did not come assembled. Canadian Tire gave me the option to do it myself, or for a fee they would do it. I think it cost $50.00, which I chose to do. They had one of their mechanics assemble, and even helped me to load it in my truck. Very satisfied.

A: The back is mostly closed with a 50cm x 10cm opening near the top and vents at the very bottom. I do not know how to set up a sales alert.
