Buyer Beware!!!

We installed this 3 years ago and it recently failed causing catastrophic water damage in our house. It failed at the wrong side of the flood safe device, breaking clean off. After googling this product, it appears to be a common flaw. I contacted customer service at Watts but they never returned my call. Do NOT buy this product! Opt for one without the "flood safe". Ironic that the flood safe caused a flood, no?

must have product but ...

I put 2 of these in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. they work perfectly. however in the 3rd bathroom the standard 12" just fits with a tight bend. with the 12" floodsafe valve it has just a little less bend possible and won't fit. I will need to find the watts 20" toilet connector for it to work in this bathroom and I see Canadian Tire doesn't stock this length.
