Bought 1 month ago. Works very well. Bought for a 15L jug. Didn't realize I was not science smart 🤦🏼♀️ So I finally realized I need to pour out about 2-3 cups of the water to allow space for the long straw like pieces. Then I need to insure the top is secure. This allows the pump to to work with the help of air pressure, so you have good water flow and you don't have a workout. Don't give up. It works great when you figure out the science stuff.

Don’t like it.

Not good. When you pumping water, the pump is going up under the air pressure. Even when you pump slowly. Wanna return it and find different style pump or pitcher with valve.

To ensure proper usage, please follow these steps:
1. Attach the valve to the side of the pump.
2. Connect the straws under the pump.
3. Unscrew the lock nut and slide the pump onto the top of the water container.
4. Screw the lock nut back to securely hold the pump in place.
5. Press the top of the pump to draw water up through the straw and out of the valve.

Don’t ever buy this! Just wasting money, it doesn’t pump water normally, so you end up throwing this “pump” after a few uses like I did

A: No, the top is designed to clamp onto the big 5 gallon water cooler jugs that you buy in the store, and doesn't even do that well.
