Delivered two LEFT hand gloves

I ordered this online to save myself from having to go into the store. When it was delivered, I was sent two left hand gloves. Unfortunately, I had to take that to the physical store the next day to exchange them for an actual PAIR of gloves. First, they told me they had to get permission to see if it would be eligible for an exchange and then they didn't have any others in store. This means someone else somewhere was sent or sold 2 RIGHT hand gloves. Very unfortunate experience and could not rate the product as I didn't receive a product I could use.
