Get a grip with this hand exerciser!

In exchange for my opinion, influencester Canadian Tire and Wakeathletic had sent me a small exercise tool to test and use over a period of time. I did not pay for the tool nor was I paid for my opinion. My opinion is my own. This is a very handy hand exerciser that ranges between 90 pounds and 20 pounds of spring resistance. The adjustment is very easily done via the knob on the front and provides a safe exercise. I also use it while I’m on calls with customers to try and exercise my hands while on hold. The grip is very comfortable, however it is a bit small for my hands. That being said I found it to be a desktop necessity ever since I had received it. Some people use stress balls. I enjoy using this while gaining grip strength!

Good resistance and seems well made/durable. Fits the hand really only in one way, working your whole-hand "clasp strength"/handshake grip more than individual fingers. (If you're a rock climber looking for finger strength, a squeeze-ball might be better.)

Absolutely fantastic product. I was looking for a sturdy product to improve my grip strength and this was it. The dial is really easy to use and actually can feel more resistance as it goes up. I think this is one of the better made hand grips I’ve used
