Easily the best weights I have added to my home gym! I love how they are easily adjustable and do not take up much space. You get 5 different weights in one which is amazing and very convenient! I cannot wait to add another one to my collection, they’re worth the investment!

Q: Is there somewhere to get the user manual online?

A: There should be a manual in the package -- there was with mine. Otherwise, google the manufacturer and you will likely find the manual online. The most important thing is to remove and replace each dumbbell carefully, straight from above, so the individual weights on the ends go into their respective places without incident. Very simple actually. Also, you can adjust the weight by turning the dial on each weight clockwise or counterclockwise - then lift straight up from the "tray", and only the weight you have selected will be on the ends. I bought two so I have one set of dumbbells. Good luck! I love these weights!
