Great tool for everyone who is into sport. I use after gym or exercising and find it super helpful. It helps with muscle tension and simply for relaxation purposes.

I have using this textured foam roller after my workouts and even on days my back feels tight from long sitting. And it helps loosen up sore muscles. The textured surface gives a deeper massage compared to smooth roller, so i can feel the tension releasing. Its firm but still comfortable once you get used to it. Definitely a good buy if you deal with stiffness or soreness regularly

Helpful for muscle recovery at home

I’ve been using this after my gym workouts and it’s been great. The firmness feels right and it helps relieve stiff and tight muscles, especially my back. It’s useful for post-workout recovery and helps me feel less sore before the next workout. The size is good and doesn’t take up much storage, which works well for home use.
