In most cases, rodent activity begins to noticeably reduce within 6–10 days as the ultrasonic sound creates an uncomfortable environment that encourages them to leave. During the first several days, you may even see increased movement, as the rodents become agitated before relocating.

It’s also important to note that ultrasonic waves bounce off hard surfaces like walls, floors, and cabinets, but are absorbed by soft surfaces such as furniture, curtains, and carpeting. For best results, the unit should be placed in an open area, not behind furniture or inside cabinets, and ideally one unit should be used per room since the sound does not travel well through walls.
