The dust pan does not seal to the floor so dirt slides under the dust pan. Very disappointed with this item and I would not recommend it.

Terrible - doesn't do its simple job!

Awful - a bunch of what you sweep will go right UNDER the dustpan. Piece of junk that Canadian Tire shouldn't sell. We had to buy a replacement dustpan as this thing doesn't do the basic job it's meant to.

Form over function

This design prioritizes looks over usefulness. The hand broom is way too stiff so it just shoots dust everywhere. The pan has no ridge to keep the dust in, and has a big hole in the handle for the broom which will let dust through easily.
