It does what it suppose to however how its made with the bag loops ans thebkid hing the bag tends to sag at the back and its easy for garbage to get behind the bag and into the bin. But a huge deal but with kids who just pop the lid and throw stuff in its not great either. It rate it 3.5 for this alone if I could but half stars are not an option

- A: That is correct, I bought one about three months ago, totally hand free lid operation and closes smooth. Down side no air flow at the bottom of the cab making it very hard to remove the full bag as it creates a vacuum.2 years agoHelpful?

- A: Its not the heavy duty stainless steel its shell is a sheet of product that looks like stainless steel. It is a good bin very durable and easy to clean. I had it for a year now and there are no scratches or dents and looks like new.2 years agoHelpful?
