Great I made a purchase recently for my cat to use to climb on to see the window but my cat used it once or twice, hence, the stool was not useful. But its great also to sit on while grooming pets, and/or for kids. But not for adults to stand on so weight limit. I also like the facts there is grips on the stool bottom.

Need it for reaching thing. I have high cupboards and shelving in bedroom. I also use it for exercising small steps up and down. It doesn't slide around, solid gripping on the bottom.
