I purchased the MR300 model with 15 ft of protection, and I cannot say enough good things about this product. I use it to water my plants daily, and I attach it with a clip to my shorts and walk around with it. The clip doesn't come with the product, but it would be good to include one. I was getting anywhere from 4 to 6 mosquito bites daily before using this product. I have been using it for 2 weeks daily, and I have not had even 1 bug bite. I am completely sold on this product and I ordered more refills. Make sure you get the correct version of this product for what you need, there are different ranges of protection. I am using it to walk around or sit on a small covered patio. You will need a larger range of protection for a big deck or yard.

Cartridge refills

I have used Thermacell for nearly 20 years. And have enjoyed zero problems with my units. I have three. I have found that leaving the cartridges in the units, that they tend to leak the fuel over time. The simple solution is to remove the cartridges, when not in use.

Not my favorite but it works.

I don't nt like the machine that's uses these as much as I do the cartridges. Also dirt replace meant I used about 30-40 mins then turned it off. Next night the butane was empty.

Life Changing

I wish I could explain how crucial Thermacell is here in Low Country South Carolina. I bought 3 of the Patio Burners and although 1 stopped working, the other 2 are like children to me! I've gotten the portable one as a gift for a family member who works outdoors, and has the mosquito nectar in his blood! I've gotten 7 friends and my mom to buy their own. This device and the effective, odorless perfection it brings are my most treasured purchases of Covid 2020
