Does the job

I've had this for more than 3 months, currently using nearly daily with a 10 lbs plate. It does what it's supposed to do: train your forearms. Be wary though! The foam will likely lose its adherence to the the metal bar so it'll sometimes move a little -- not enough to be annoying though. This has also happened after two weeks to my friend who bought the same product. Also, make sure to keep your legs apart so that your feet aren't under the weight, because mine has fallen a couple of times... You can probably get something of better quality at a lower price, but this will do a good job at training your forearms! Also, make sure all the pieces at there if you purchase it; the packaging makes it easy for people to steal some...

purchased this product and i have to say i am very pleased with it.. i cant really say how how the durability is since i only purchased this recently but im using it with 15 pounds and i have no complaints or concerns... the product offers a great forearm workout... i would recommend this product to anyone that is serious about weight lifting and getting in shape...

Great forearm builder

Great quality product! I originally made a similar forearm exerciser from a dowel, nylon rope and duct tape, and didn't realize this product was available.... obviously much better alternative.... can feel the heat in forearms after only a few mins. I use a 5 lb weight for now, but it's great that you can add as much as you want, unlike fix forearm exercise products!

Q: Plate diameter What size plates is this built to hold? How much weight can it hold? By the look I'm thinking not olympic but probably 1 inch plates. Still, it looks kinda flimsy, can it hold anything really heavy? I want to roll very heavy.

A: The thing that holds the plate is about 2 inches wide and it can hold at least 30 lbs (tested it for one minute).
