    A good scale

Works well but I didn't read the instructions, so info was off at first. Remember to read the manual and set up your profile before use

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Works as a scale - Fat, water and muscle are lies

Bought this 6 months ago and have been keeping track of weight, fat, water and muscle ever since. After a while I started noticing that on any day where I had the same weight as a previous day, the other 3 fields would also be identical to the previous day. Over time I noticed that for my height and activity level, every weight would always produce the identical other fields. The final experiment to back this up is that I had my wife weigh herself and then after her weight was locked in, I jumped on the scale and let it "measure" my impedance. It showed her having the exact same composition as it had when she weighed herself even though we have completely different body types. Obviously the impedance sensor works because it will not tell you your composition if you have socks on so it at least is sending an electrical signal but it is not actually measuring composition in any way shape or form. Would not buy again, save your money and buy a normal scale that just tells you weight because that is all this one does. TLDR: Tested it for months, determined the composition estimation does not actually do anything. Just buy a cheaper scale

So far it works well. Besides weight, I like that it shows BMI, Body Water & Muscle Mass. It also looks great! I recommend it!

JB22’s comment is true NOT A FAT % SCALE

I got back into working out body 2 body portions a day with exception to adding abs every 3 days. Each body portion is rested 5 days before use again. Resulting in going down in two belt notches. Resulting in muscle mass going up and fat going away. But my fat and muscle % remained the same.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good scale... but NOT a body fat scale

I recently got back into crossfit and initially lost 15lbs in 3 months -- the scale was showing reduced fat % as it should have. My weight leveled off for the next 3 months, but I continued adding muscle mass while losing 2 belt notches around my waist, yet the lean mass and body fat values remained the same. Furthermore, the results are identical whether or not I’m wearing socks while stepping on the scale, so clearly the readings are based on generic statistics rather than bioelectrical impedance. Otherwise, a good scale.
