À déconseiller ! Nous avons acheté cette cafetière hier et nous l’avons essayé. Elle a fonctionné pendant plus de 20 minutes pour faire 6 tasses de café, ce qui est excessivement long. Elle émet de la fumer en très grosse quantité, ce qui est très désagréable et risque de faire gondoler mes portes d’armoires. Et pour couronner le tout, la cafetière devient extrêmement chaude et l’eau s’accumule sur le petit rebord d’en haut… À part d’être une « jolie » cafetière, elle ne vaut pas grand-chose. Je m’en vais de ce pas me faire rembourser ce décevant achat. P.-S. Ce n’était pas exactement le même modèle que sur la photo, puisque mon modèle avait un cadran rond dans le milieu. Semblerait-il que c’était son équivalence (peut être un modèle plus vieux, et c’est pour cela qu’il était en liquidation ?)

poor choice

We always check c.t.c. reviews before a purchase but there was no review so we took a chance-- bad decision.Was o.k. at first,as it pours very nice and the coffee is hot.After 2 weeks we had to clean it because it was quite slow and the coffee was not as good.We have to clean it every 2 or 3 weeks now. Our water is a little hard but we never had this problem before.Before this we had a Cuisinart but we hated the way the lid did not hinge up.fair

Q: Would this 950W coffeemaker work in Israel with an adaptor where there is 220v power as opposed to N.American 110v power. Question in reference to T-Fal Icon coffeemaker model # 43-0455-6.
